SB-900 and SB-910 SPOT GRID and GEL Adapter V2.0

Adapter to fit Nikon SB-900 and SB-910 speedlights perfectly. The bracket collimates the light into a narrow beam and allows you to add a gel easily. There are 2 circular holes on the sides of the adapter for grid and gel attachments, using 10mm diameter x 3mm magnets (Jaycar.com.au part # LM-1622) that can be glued in place. Standard Rosco sample pack size works flawlessly. There are also 2 tabs to secure the flash with a rubber band if the little clips inside wear out, and they will help in removing it from the flash as pulling handles. GEL CLAMP (7 June 2017) added. I printed it out at a low resolution of 0.2 and only 20% infill, and it looks great. The idea is to clamp a gel between this adapter or the grid adapter and the bracket. Soon I'll publish a slightly wider grid, keep watching. NB!! If you want to shoot rapidly and/or full power, please ensure the vent holes in the adapter are nice and open. Speedlights generate a fair chunk of heat, and you risk melting the gel or speedlight fresnel lens. UPDATE (6 June 2017): I added an updated grid and slightly altered the magnet holder on the adapter. I removed the gel only version, will post when I have printed and confirmed fit. Also added some images of the printed versions and results using this mask called Donald Dump. Note that I printed the grid on a low resolution of 0.2 and only 20% infill. It looks great and is strong enough. If you want, change to a layer height of 0.1. Let me know how it turns out for you. There is a fair bit of cleanup with support material so choose wisely..... I used white silicone to glue in the magnets (you'll need 4). Prior to 6 June 2017: This version fits better than before, and all older versions are removed. I also added vent holes and moved the grid/gel a few mm away from the speedlight fresnel lens as, when a flash is fired rapidly, there can be quite a lot of generated heat.
