Sayha FPV Race Frame This quadcopter frame is based on the Impulse RC Alien and Lumenier QAV-R with center X removable arms. It comes in various sizes that support 4", 5" and 6" propellers. When printed in ABS 100% infill, it's incredibly light and super stiff. All the necessary .STL files for all models are included, as well as the 123Design files for anyone who wants to continue improving these designs. The frame is quite light and stiff, but if extra strength is needed, there are plenty of ways to achieve this while maintaining its overall aesthetics. I've thrown the frame repeatedly against a wall and from a 5th floor balcony, and it survived perfectly. A UK FPV racer received some frames I sent them, built one quickly, and gave it a try - they provided positive feedback! If you end up building one of these frames, please let me know your thoughts! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: ABS is recommended. Some STL files might need proper orientation onto the print bed. Instructions The hardware required to assemble the frame includes: Sayha 4" / 5" (for either) 4x - M3x20mm (four arm screws that come up from the bottom plate, used for the flight controller mount) 24x - M3x12mm 12x - M3 Nyloc Nuts 8x - 35mm Spacers Sayha 6" 4x - M3x20mm 28x - M3x12mm (four extra for the arms) 12x - M3 Nyloc Nuts 8x - 35mm Spacers Assembling the frame should be straightforward, but if you have any questions, please check the pictures or post a query here and I'll do my best to answer it.
