I switched from store-bought pasta to making my own, but that required a drying rack. I tried once with the dining table, but didn't think that was sustainable. Commercial drying racks aren't very compact for storage, so I turned to my favourite bamboo chopsticks - although this time they're the long type used for frying food. Here's a 7-point pasta-dryer that takes up just a few centimeters of space on a cupboard door. Simply plug and play - and store the chopsticks in your ladle drawer. Since it turned out like Swiss cheese, I thought it was apt to print it in yellow :). Mounted with three 16mm screws.
