Work in progress. Repurposed the threading from the GoPro bottle top mount to create a female-to-female water bottle adapter. Ultralight hikers can use this setup by screwing their Sawyer Squeeze directly into a bladder, such as a Platypus, and then attaching it to a Smartwater bottle for a simple gravity filter system. This adapter does not provide an air-tight seal, making it ideal for gravity filtration. However, applying pressure or backflushing may result in some leakage.
