SawStop Zero Clearance Insert Wall Hanger
thingiverse
Here's a simple wall hanger for storing a standard SawStop zero clearance insert on a wall. Most SawStop owners have at least two of these (one for regular and one for dado setups). I have 3 (thin kerf, 3/32"; regular kerf, 1/8"; and dado), so nice to have safe place for the ones resting on the sidelines. Print in the default orientation (countersunk side of the screw hole should be down on the build plate). No support is need needed. Use your favorite setting and plastic as nothing special is required (a couple of perimeters and a little infill). My prints were created on a Cel-Robox printer using Red PLA2 from FilaCube (closest color I had on hand to "SawStop Red"). Mount the hanger with a single screw (and anchor if necessary) to the wall. To hang an insert, simply slip the metal ring of the insert over the mount. The tab on the insert will lock into the recess in the mount so it can't slip off.
