Sawhorse Replacement Rubber Grip
thingiverse
My folding sawhorses, crafted by Stanley, boast a total of ten small rectangular rubber grips along their top edges. Engineered to prevent items from slipping, these grips also minimize the risk of scratching workpieces during use. Over time, however, these grips have either fallen out or begun to deteriorate. This design is intended as a replacement for the originals. To ensure a proper fit, I recommend printing these grips with flexible filaments like TPU, which are designed for push-fit applications. It's worth noting that some sawhorses come equipped with only eight grips; I'm unsure if these would be suitable alternatives. As such, I suggest printing one grip and verifying its fit before proceeding to print the remainder. A photograph of an original grey rubber grip has been included for comparison purposes.
