Sawed off shotgun airsoft shell adapter for pps shell

This adapter allows a pps airsoft shotgun shell to fit inside a sawn-off shotgun. The original sawn-off shells are completely useless. My customer asked me to create this adaptation. Simply insert it all the way down into the chamber and you can use either the orange pps plastic shell or the pps purple metal shell. Unfortunately, I had to take the photo with my cellphone, which resulted in an upside-down picture due to a glitch on Thingiverse. To assemble the adapter: 1. Print the nozzle with support material. 2. Sand the nozzle so it fits snugly into the rubber chamber of the sawn-off shotgun. 3. Wrap one full roll of electrical tape from 0.5 inch to the bottom of the adapter for secure attachment. 4. Insert the adapter into the barrel; it should fit in place but not be too difficult to insert. If the adapter gets stuck, don't worry – simply use a rod and push the entire barrel assembly from the exit of the barrel. The whole assembly will come out easily. **Update:** As of 26/11/2017, I've uploaded a shell extractor that makes this process obsolete. Simply print it and forget about the electrical tape. You can find the shell extractor here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2673466 You might need to sand the inside of the adapter's tube slightly to make it smoother. If you're printing at a lower resolution, this may not be an issue. If you'd like to redesign the entire system, check out my other designs for sawn-off shells and standard 12-gauge shells. For the 12-gauge shell design, I recommend scaling up your boolean difference by 107% first.
