SAW GUIDE FOR CARBON COMPOSITE FORKS
thingiverse
This model is copy of Park tools overpriced saw cutting guide. There is main M8 bolt for tighting down the tube (You can use any M8 bolt you want if you dont trust plastic bolts just dont puncture your carbon tube :D). To connect Part 1 and 2 with spacer part I used brass inserts M3 with two M3 bolts (there are alredy modeled holes). To get best result with Part 1 thread i recommend printing it so the thread touches heatbed (this way no supports are needed with egg shape pointing upwards). If bolt at 100% size does not fit you can try scaling down X and Y axes to 90 - 95 % (dont forget do disable uniform scaling so Z axes stays the same).
