Thanks to jburkhardt0 for creating and sharing the STL file, making it possible to remix. To enhance the original STL design, I added some decorative elements on the sides of the sign using Tinkercad. With two coats of paint and a few screws, the result is a beautiful addition to my garden workshop door.
