Saw Bench Guide Block

Many years ago, I purchased a saw bench from B&Q, which happened to be a Chinese import. Unfortunately, I managed to break the cast guide rail block. Fortunately, I now have a new 3D-printed guide block that has been designed with precision and care. I am posting it here just in case anyone else encounters a similar problem. It is essential to print this guide block well and preferably not in PLA. Print it strong using PETG or Nylon if possible. This will ensure that the guide block can withstand heavy use and maintain its structural integrity over time. Note: The images above show a test print in thin-walled PLA, which is NOT a production piece. Update: 04-Nov-2018 I have thickened the guide bar section to stiffen up the guide block even further.
