Savegrabber with tines
thingiverse
I took the awesome SaveGrabber from izzymoreno and remixed it into something super easy to use. The original design was so simple and compact, but I wanted to add a feature that lets you manipulate objects right in front of the tool. I whipped up the model in Tinkercad in no time, so I could start printing some out for my family and friends. The little tines in front of the door opener are perfect for pressing buttons or turning locks. I printed mine with PLA using 0.2 layer height, multiple outer walls, and 30% infill to make it strong. I also reduced the number of tiny details so there's less room for dust bunnies to hide when cleaning. A huge thanks goes out to izzymoreno for sharing that fantastic design with everyone. This new model came in handy when I had to venture out twice a month during our "Shelter-in-Place" lockdown to grab some groceries. Next time, I'll be completely prepared.
