This replacement involves swapping out the curved front lens with a flat 2" by 4-1/4" lens for a Saferay welding helmet. Two clear lenses are required and come accompanied by an autodarkening lens. The original lens holder had some gaps that allowed light to seep through, but this new one blocks all incoming light.
