This upgrade involves swapping out the curved front lens with a flat 2" x 4-1/4" lens designed specifically for a Save Phace welding helmet. Two clear replacement lenses are required along with sanding the autodarkening lens to ensure proper fitment. The original lens holder had noticeable gaps that permitted light leakage, but this new lens provides complete light blocking functionality.
