Savage Worlds Ruler
thingiverse
This is a tool I created specifically for my first game of Savage Worlds, which is rapidly approaching, so I haven't had a chance to thoroughly test it yet - expect some edits. The concept behind this tool is that it can be used for just about all the measurements in the game. Each major line represents one inch, while smaller lines signify half an inch. Small bursts are measured at 1-inch radius, medium bursts at 2 inches, and large bursts at 3 inches. Base movement speed is set at 6 inches. The cone range extends outward to 8 inches, curving gradually from the ends of the arc back to its base on the ruler. There are two STL files available: one for the ruler itself and another for the marks. You can print just the ruler and use a marker to color in the lines if you prefer. I printed the marks first, then carefully positioned them on the bed, added a 0.5mm vertical lift during retraction, and finally printed the ruler around and over them. UPDATE V2: Following a session of play with this tool, I decided to modify the mark at 6 inches for easier identification when tracking full distance movement. Otherwise, we found it worked seamlessly - I've left the original version intact if you don't care about that particular marker.
