Moving an old TV stand, I managed to snap one of the crucial support pieces. All the plastic connectors shattered into a hundred pieces. This was one key piece required for the item to remain upright, rendering it completely useless without them. The TV stand is a basic model from Sauder Furniture, dating back many years. So, I quickly got to work and fashioned a replacement part. Here's my handiwork in case someone else needs it. It's a simple right-angle bracket with elongated screw slots for easy installation. The walls on the connector are thicker for added strength. Still, there's just enough room in the center for the original screws to function properly.
