My wife purchased some bedroom furniture several years ago from a company called Sauder. This affordable furniture is assembled by the owner, but it appears satisfactory and performs its function adequately, so I haven't given it much thought. About a year ago, all of the plastic spacers that hold the drawer tracks to the inside of the dressers and end tables began to fail. The plastic had become brittle and cracked. One after another, our drawer sliders started to break off, and one after another, I would reattach them with glue. However, the glue only held for a few weeks, and eventually, the parts would fail once again. This time around was the final straw. I had two options - get rid of everything and invest thousands in genuine furniture or print bracket replacements at a cost of just a few cents each. I decided to design and print the replacements myself.
