Object ID: SN5117 A masterpiece in modern bronze, cast by the renowned Fonderia Chiurazzi from a Roman marble statue called Satyr with Young Dionysus at the Museo archeologico nazionale di Napoli. Believed to be an authentic replica of a Hellenistic bronze original, this stunning work was purchased by John Ringling and donated in 1936 to the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida. Dimensions: 184.8 x 77.5 x 56.2 centimeters. Using cutting-edge digital photogrammetry technology with a Nikon D3400 camera paired with an AF-P Nikon 18-55mm lens (f/3.5-5.6G), three-dimensional scans were created from 89 high-resolution images (6000x4000 pixels) captured in RealityCapture 1.0.3 software and further refined within Blender 2.90.
