Saturn V Model rocket BT 80 Version 2

This is a kit of parts designed to be printed and assembled into a model rocket version of the mighty Saturn V, based on the BT 80 configuration. The design has been optimized for quicker and easier assembly with a 24mm motor mount, making it more accessible and cost-effective than traditional kits. This project offers the same level of detail as the popular 1/100 scale Estes Saturn V, but at a lower cost to fly and assemble. Please note that this kit is not complete and requires standard model rocket parts for completion. To build a flying version of this rocket, you will need various components including lengths of BT80, BT60, BT50, and BT20 tubing, as well as a 24" parachute, Shock Cord, Kevlar Cord, thrust ring, Centering Ring, and Engine hook. Additionally, other building supplies like cardstock, pennies, BB's, and thick cardstock will be necessary. The kit includes the following measurements for BT80 tubing: l1 = 44mm (or 1-3/4"), l2 = 90mm (or 3-1/2"), and l3 = 83mm (or 3-1/4"). For BT60 tubing, the dimensions are as follows: 46mm (or 1-13/16") and 30mm (or 1-3/16"). The motor tube has a length of 300mm (or 11-3/4").
