Saturn V / Apollo Cookie Cutters

Saturn V / Apollo Cookie Cutters

In preparation for the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11, I crafted some cookie cutters because why not? One cutter represents a complete Saturn V launch vehicle, while the other depicts a docked Command Service Module and Lunar Module. To facilitate easy removal after use, I included pieces to help dislodge the cookies from the cutter - finer details tend to stick and are too small to push down with your finger. When working with sugar cookie dough, I found it easier to roll and cut them on the surface where they would be cooked rather than trying to move them. Finer details tend to stick or stretch otherwise. To avoid burning, pull them out as soon as you notice any browning at all - thin bits cook much faster than the rest. To create these cookie cutters, I used widely available design schematics from the actual vehicles and traced them in Fusion 360, making a few modifications for easier printing. I've included the original Fusion 360 file, STEP file, and STLs for easy printing or modification. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I have! If you decide to print these, please post a make so I can see how yours turns out. Any feedback is also greatly appreciated!
