Saturn SL2 LED Fog Light Brackets
thingiverse
I modeled these up to fit cheap LED fog lights meant for a Jeep Wrangler that can be purchased on eBay for about $30 to fit onto original fog light brackets on a 2nd gen Saturn SL. I printed these with solid ABS for strength, and my printer was not well tuned at the time, so the prints did not come out looking great... But they came out strong and useful. With this current design, the light sits a little high in the fog light hole and it aims down too much. Trying to aim it up makes the light hit the bracket. It comes in two halves for each light, and when assembled, it cradles the LED light using the LED's original mounting pegs on the sides. It then uses two small screws to hold the halves together on the top and bottom to hold onto the LED light assembly. It then mounts to the original Saturn fog light bracket with all of the original hardware, and even retains the original aiming screw and spring for adjustment. Some fine tuning of the aiming and placement could probably be done by just bending the factory metal bracket. If I had a need to remove the lights, I plan on going back and refining the design a little bit to better place them. But at the moment, they are functioning great.
