Saturn S Chamber Heater (or Saturn)
thingiverse
This is a solution for installing a PTC heater inside the enclosure of a Elegoo Saturn or Saturn S resin printer. It took me 2 trays on the Saturn S to have all the parts. One for the border and another for the heater mount. This solution is nice because all of the parts print on the printer you already have. I notice a lot of designs like this require an FDM printer. Taking knowledge from the Mars/Mars 2 chamber heater I made previously, there is a mount for the temperature probe that is far from the heater so it does not blow hot air on it. The heater also blows the hot air mostly up and a little down as to not heat the Z-axis or enclosure too much. The files are labelled FR (front right), FL (front left), RR (rear right), RL (rear left) for the border. I glued the 4 border pieces together and the PTC heater and its controller install with #6-1/2 sheet metal screws. Here are links for the parts I purchased (sheet metal screws, wire (I used 18 ga stranded wire with silicone insulation), wire nuts, super glue, and a power supply that matches your PTC heater's requirements are also needed): https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07GQPT9VG?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title Note: this is a 24V heater but 12V also work https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07RPNJ2SM?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
