This should be the standard logo design for Saturday Night Live: a minimalist image of a laughing audience in silhouette against a bright backdrop that's unmistakably 70s era retro chic. The overall aesthetic is meant to evoke classic late-night TV shows from that time period while still being straightforward and eye-catching. It's unfortunate that the actual comedy sketch program itself hasn't held up nearly as well, losing much of its humor over the years and now relying on tired tropes and unoriginal jokes to try and appeal to younger audiences who just don't get what made SNL great in the first place.
