Satsana V52 5015 Direct Drive Ender 3 V2

Update December 3, 2020 I remixed fan duct and made my own direct drive bracket. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4674061 Update: November 25, 2020 I uploaded a couple of photos and another cable cap that covers the entire cut out. One photo showing the two roller spacers inserted into the direct drive bracket. They should fit tight. You may need to use a drill bit to clean up the hole if you have trouble fitting. A vise or clamp helps to too. Update: November 24, 2020 I'm working on some cable management going out the back. I currently have my cables at the front and don't really like the look of it there. I'll upload the new direct drive bracket in the next few days after I've printed and mounted it. Satsana V52 remixed for Ender 3 V2. 5015 blower fan to cool parts. I use a 4020 fan for the hot end and sunk it in few mm so it doesn't stick out so much. Increased the top side vent slit. This should still be compatible with the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro as I left the original mounting holes. Other miner things done. Remixed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4378097 direct drive extruder bracket. This moves the stock extruder onto the X-axis gantry. A small piece of Bowden tube is still used. I measured 73mm. Lengthening the extruder motor cable will be needed if you do this mod. Clears the top of the frame, no print height lost. It does bump into the spool holder (not a problem if your spool is not full). Three versions available: cable tie downs in front, cable tie downs in back, no cable tie downs. Sorry, no formal instructions on putting things together. It is actually quite easily done. There are some videos on YouTube to get an idea of what is needed to be done. It was a little daunting on my first run, but after the 2nd time I could probably do it blind folded. If you've taken apart your hotend before (to install a new duct, replace a nozzle, replace the Bowden tube), then this should be pretty easy. Hardware list: 5015 blower fan (1xM3 screw and/or nut, nut is optional as the M3 screw seems to screw into the plastic okay), 4020 fan (at least 2xM3 screws 20-26mm; you could also just re-use the 4010 fan [and screws] that came with the printer), 1xM3 screw 6mm (for the right side to attach Satsana duct to dd bracket - this is kind of optional)
