Satsana remix for Ender 3v2 with laser mount and BLTouch

It's remix for Satsana fan duct for Ender 3 v2 with BLTouch and Creality laser mount. (used source is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4647053) To properly print it in Cura set scale value to 10%. To mount the laser i added a plate on the left side, where laser can be mounted. The test print is still ongoing, if everything will go fine, i'll post final versions for 4010 and 5015 part cooling fan. Current version is for test purpose and unscaled, if you want to print it (on your own risk) scale it to 10% in Cura.
