The original one needed some adjustments for the BMG All Metal Clone that I had (Dotbit All Metal BMG) to align with the hotend. Added a mounting hole and made a hole for the 5015 fan mount, original one's mounting hole was weird and hard to use. Reminder: This is for BMG All metal clone (such as dotbit, fystec...) Added an X axis cover for bltouch, this is a remix of a remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4904627, I had issues with this where it was 4mm short of hitting the endstop lol. You have to set -60 on x endstop offset, this is what I set on mine. Printed the cover with tree supports. Also remixed the cable cab, this one will now have screw holes for the 5015 mount.
