After destroying two fans so far, I decided that the Satsana fan housing needed a cover. I looked around at the free offerings and found nothing to inspire me, so here is my version. It is 3mm thick and will work with an original 40mm x 10mm fan or an aftermarket version without impeding the airflow or sounding like a jet engine. The holes are 3mm clearance and M3 x 20mm screws are an ideal size to fasten it into place.
