Satsana Ender 5 Remix for 5015 & Direct Drive

Had an earlier version of the Satsana, but upgraded to a Direct Drive - similar but a lot cheaper than a MS. The remix was to add the 5015 Hotend fan on the side but keeping the original Ender heat-break fan. The direct drive plate has the E stepper arm in the way of the cable route, so I removed this also. One other edit was a hole behind the front fan so you can use the second bolt to attach Satsana to the back plate Works well although I now have to slow the fan down to 60% and up the nozzle from 215' to 218' to stop the filament from getting too cold too quickly - because it works so well.
