Created this Satsana remix from 2 currently available remixes. Namely: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4437226 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4492841 This fan duct will fit over the original BLTouch mount and the X Axis belt on the Ender 5 Plus WARNING This will push your part cooling fan right about 1cm. I had to move my X axis limit switch left a tiny bit to stop the fan now hitting one of the Y axis wheels. Check this manually after installation.
