I needed a cover for my new Noctua fan with a BL Touch that was for the new Ender 3 v2, I couldn't find it so I remixed it from two sources: thingiverse.com/thing:3193505 thingiverse.com/thing:4637453 I hope this helps, I'm no designer so it's might not be perfect but it seems to work for me.
