I needed his fan duct to fit together with Ender 3 Direct Drivinator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3589452) so I've made simple changes to both mods to fit together. I did use it with https://www.printables.com/pl/model/206774-ender-3-v2-direct-drivinator-snap-onPrinted with PETGBLTouch offsets are X-46 Y-8.
