Satsana Ender 3 Microswiss Direct Drive - 4020 blower fan remix with cable support

This is a remix of @jjbp's work. All credit goes to him. I added cable management and small notches at the bottom of parts fan outlet to faciltate (possibly) better airflow to below the nozzle. For Micro Swiss Direct Drive (MSDD) and hotend, Ender 3, etc. Thiis my very first time using CAD and modifying design so YMMV. This variant allows you to use a 4010 or 4020 hotend fan and a 4020 blower rather than a 5015 blower for the parts fan. The 4020 may offer lower vibration and noise than the 5015. Lay it down on its back before printing. Make sure support is only touching bed.
