Satsana Ender 3 5015 modded for Fan Cover
thingiverse
This does not work with the DD setup. However, if you like the logo and fan cover modification for a standard Ender 3 setup, this still works well. The extruder motor extends too far out to mount correctly. You could try side mounting the extruder, which might make this work. Based on the v80 version, an unofficial logo was added to the front piece, as well as a slight bevel to the back edge to accommodate the v1 direct drive from Printer Mods (and probably the newest one). A track was also added to insert a custom cover over the fan. The fan being exposed was not appealing, so covers were included along with a template to create your own. Using the template, you can design whatever opening or design fits about a 40x40mm square and then center and merge it with another object. The covers are 1.44mm thick and 45mm square. They slide in from the top and press against the fan case, not the fan blade itself. The satsana and covers were printed at .24 layer height. Note: The fan is currently on order, so this has not been mounted yet. An update will be provided when it's in place.
