Cut Some of the middle out in the front as well as leaning the 40mm fan back 5 degrees. This allows for better Heater Block access and visibility. Also should shave off a gram or 2. Basically just tried to make the design a little less bulky. Added some thickness to BL Touch Mount. Weight of original is 82.1g, this remixed version printed for me at 64.6g. V2.2 has been refined a bit extending some screw holes and adding a few chamfers.
