uPDATE* i forgot to trim off the left side belt mount for ender 5, done also i added a slip in card that fits the PHAETUS DRAGON hot end. its a pretty simple design that uses the lower fins of the hot end to block off main fan air off the part and actually ends up profiting air out the exhaust pipe more. this is my second remix, so its totally not perfect. make it better or go away credit to original remixer also credit to the sub remix from misterpooch , this is the main design i altered https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5235593 found the best 5015 mount i can find but realized the airflow was poorly optimized for the left fan, also there was some random duct not being used so i turned that into a main fan exhaust i also remove the BS below the main fan, in efforts to later design a "clip on" front piece that will seperate the hot end from the block and remove any random main fan air away during the first few layers i trimmed more off, the weight is now 51 grams at 15% two wall also, it looks like one of the mount bolts is hard to install.. but its not. simply thread the bolt on first and it should slide right up. stick the allen screw through the main fan area and walla. dont ever have to remove that bolt. it should also clear the ender 5 belts. support blocked the F out of everything except for a small bit right in the center. petg was fine for me
