This is an amalgam of details from different structures, and most glaringly does not have safety railings as it would make it very hard to put minis on. As it would more tightly date the model, I have not included the equipment that would have occupied the structure base. The dish can both pivot up and down as well as rotate, and can be removed for transport/ storage. The center axle is included but the lock pin would have been too small, so I designed it to fit a finish nail. The floor/ sidewalk part isn't needed if you want to make your own base. Scale by 1.56 for gaslands / hotwheels / 1/64 Scale by 1.786 for 28mm / 1/56 || 1/52 (x1.92) IMO looks best for heroic 28mm.
