I recommend printing both parts on their side, so the sheath looks like an upright “hourglass”, with the flat part of the hollow body on the bottom (this helps with the overhangs). The sword was printed the same way, with the tapered edge of the blade pointing up. Approximately 8' model of Sasuke's sword from Naruto, note that the gap between parts is quite small to achieve the snug fit, so if you want to shrink the parts, keep that in mind
