This ventilation system is optimized for the Phaetus, but can be used with the Creality Hotend without problems. You must use a 5015 fan with two screws for attachment for layer cooling and the original fan for the Hotend. I used a thread tap for the fan screws. After mounting adjust the PID's and off to print. The screw housings (anchoring to the X carriage) are made for my Ender 3 pro, but my understanding is that v2 and basic have different sizes on the screws, you will have to check before printing. You can do a 2 or 3 layer print and test to make sure everything matches well.
