Sash Clamp Pad (with magnet)

I designed these sash clamp pads as I was fed up with finding suitable timber to space my projects away from the sash clamps. For a Tee Bar Version see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4737097 It is good practice not to allow the timber to touch the clamps. Some timbers like oak, if the bar touches the surface and glue/moisture gets between them, then you can get black stains on the surface that are very difficult to remove. The clamps also tend to splay out therefore more pressure can be applied if the part of the clamp closest to the bar does not come into contact with the timber. Also it gives a gap so that the glue can be cleaned away from the joint. The pads space the clamps 12 mm from the timber and the face of the clamp is approx. 35mm in dia. If you need a soft surface these could have a cork, rubber, felt pad glued on. You require a 10mm dia magnet anywhere from 5-10mm long. I have included four stl files 10, 10.2, 10.4 and 10.6 and the hole has a very slight taper (draft) so you may need to experiment with the correct size for your printer. Or print the largest one and glue the magnet in.
