Its original format remains .skp, while 3ds Max 2016 hosts it as a native scene, complete with Vray 3.00 rendering. Built in the early 1940s, this apartment building showcases an interesting blend of art and architecture. Notably, its western side features a recreation of Ruben Baldemar's "Announcing Christ", a piece that's part of the Municipality of Rosario's "Art in Sight" program.
