The wrecked trawler SARB-J lies still on the rocks just north of Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire, its fate sealed in January 1994. I visited this somber site in July 2019 and witnessed its sorry state firsthand. Locals claim that over the years, remnants have been steadily salvaged, yet access to the area remains challenging. A section of her amidships survives due to these difficulties, while the main engine compartment and part of the port hull and keel are all that remain intact.
