This is a mount designed specifically for the Zesty Nimble with an E3D V6 Hotend on the TT Sapphire S. It draws inspiration from parts of the MGN BLV Project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718) and custom designs created by ZestyTech exclusively for the BLV. Please note that you will lose approximately 3mm in Y due to the Cover design. To prevent collisions, adjust your bed measurements in the Firmware accordingly. Secondly, if you don't incorporate ChrisKissling's parts to raise the X/Y Steppers and eliminate the Motor-shafts, you will lose even more in Y due to the upper bearings of the shafts. Print all parts with an infill percentage of 90% or higher, except for the Cover with the FanDucts, which can be printed at 30% infill. I personally prefer printing with PETG. For part cooling, you will need two 4010 Blower Fans, and for hotend cooling, a single 40x40x10 normal fan is sufficient. Sunon fans are my top choice due to their excellent airflow and relatively quiet operation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
