The sleeve for easy placement and adjustment to any additional printbed surface is a game-changer. The mechanical endstop switch does not have to be adjusted, making it a convenient solution. The possible support height on the print bed is 10 mm, allowing for plenty of room for customization. The upper part of the STL file can be sunk in the slicer until the strength of the additional pressure surface is reached, ensuring a solid connection. For most mirrors, simply shortening to 3 mm is all that's needed. Fine adjustment by grinding is not necessary for good printing results, making it easy to get started. This sleeve can quickly switch between mirror, Pertinax and PEI, if you print a sleeve for each plate. The versatility of this design makes it perfect for any printing setup. The sleeve fits all bushings with a flange diameter of 20 mm and is pushed 20 mm deep. A screw connection is not necessary, as screw holes for M3 are available. This design allows for easy installation and adjustment. The photos and graphics have been distorted during the export to Thingiverse, but the design itself remains unchanged.
