If you want to replace the original x-carriage bearings then here are some parts to print. If you bought pulleys for the x-carrier with 4 mm axes, you'll need only the spacer. The pulleys on x-axes have 4 mm. The pulleys in front of the x-axes have no teeth. The pulleys behind the x-axes have 16/20 teeth; use what you prefer, I use 16 for more space. The reversing blocks at the back have 5 mm axes. You'll need longer screws; you can secure them with loctite or use a longer screw and a nut above the carrier for easier handling. The pulley spacer includes a copper washer, but it's plastic and requires an excellent print to succeed! Adjust the pulley distance using the screw. When the pulley gets blocked, add a little more distance with the screw and tighten the nut again. Update 2019-05-23: I've edited the parts and changed the integrated copper disk from 0.4 to 0.5 in height. The axis has also been extended by 0.1 to accommodate more vertical pressure. I'm using the first uploaded version that meets its purpose. Cura works well for printing these parts! Simplify 3D, however, doesn't show the size correctly; you may need to scale some parts before printing. ___________________________________________________________ Spacer 2.6 mm back left/right: Spacer_back_2.6_mm.stl For the back right, you'll only need the new pulley! Solo print parts (not recommended): X-Carrier Front left: Pulley_axes_9_mm_L_front_5_4_with_copper_washer.stl (Scale Parameter for Simplify 3D: X to 4.8 mm 'Uniform Scaling') X-Carrier Back left: Pulley_Spacer_10_mm_L_back_with_copper_washer.stl (Scale Parameter for Simplify 3D: X to 8 mm 'Uniform Scaling') Spacer 10 mm (only if you want a different height): Spacer_back_10_mm_not_used.stl (Lower to Z in the slicer until the height fits)
