Sapphire Pro Z Limit Clamp
thingiverse
This is a premium Z axis clamp, designed to replace the flimsy stock clamp that comes with the printer. The standard clamp relies on a single screw to secure it to the Z-axis stabilizer rods, which can be a fragile setup and requires disassembling the printer for installation. In contrast, this upgraded clamp uses two screws on either side of the rod, pulling against each other for added stability. To get started: - 2x M3 x 20mm screws - 2x M3 nuts Applying heat from a low-temperature soldering iron to press-fit the M3 nuts into place will help them stay secure during installation. If you already have screws that were used to hold the Z limit switch in place on the original clamp, you can reuse them.
