E3DV6 mount for the Two Trees Sapphire Pro replaces the entire carriage assembly and mounts to the linear rail block, utilizing 40x10mm fans for hotend cooling and two 40x20mm radial fans for part cooling. If you own a Sapphire Pro, you'll likely soon discover that its hotend and mounting system/cooling fans fall short. I'm also not a fan of zipties as a means of attaching and tensioning belts. This E3DV6 mount aims to solve those issues. While it's an improvement, there's room for further enhancement. I plan to add a list of hardware required for this project when time allows; it consists mainly of 3mm panhead machine screws in various lengths. Feel free to provide constructive criticism - I'm not perfect and don't claim this design is either. As a final note, some assembly may require fitment work due to the precision of 3D printing. This mount is designed for optimal fitment, but slight adjustments might be necessary if your extrusion settings aren't well-tuned. Learning proper calibration techniques will greatly benefit you in achieving accurate wall thickness. Filament diameter variations affect material volume, making extruded length less relevant than accurate wall thickness. Tom Sanladerer's YouTube video provides a clear explanation of this concept.
