Sapphire Pro Hotend Stabilizer with BL Touch & Tension

The updated model features a belt tightening system reminiscent of those showcased in the accompanying images and linked below: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4246413, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4552756. A reinforced gusset has been added to enhance structural integrity, as previous iterations were prone to cracking under stress. To achieve optimal alignment, I employ a z-offset of approximately -1.3 to -1.4 units, which may need to be adjusted based on the specific hotend in use. Secure fastening is ensured with a 3 x 8 mm button head screw attached to the carriage bracket. This custom-designed support for the Two Trees Sapphire Pro incorporates a BL Touch mount, providing a sturdy hold on the hot end while it is coupled with the carriage. This setup may contribute to improved stability during rapid directional changes, helping to maintain precise control over print quality. The design draws inspiration from an early prototype created by Roland Med, and additional features have been incorporated, including a fillet on the fan opening and a mount for BL Touch/3d Touch sensors.
