Update 16.05.2021 1) After assembling the cover were a bit wiggle. I solved this problem by simply drilling 2 holes on each panel and attached them to each other by zipties (see image). 2) Concerning only for fully enclosed version. I've attached PTFE tube to the stepper motor which caused the overheat of the filament inside of the tube after 1h of printing and plastic were jamed. I solved that problem by moving the extruder a bit away from stepper motor and that solved my problem (see image). "Extruder extender.stl" part uploaded. This is reworked version of the design made by quentinDeroo https://github.com/quentinDeroo/Sapphire-pro-enclosure Mainly I improved the sealing of the enclosure. I adapted some dimensions to fit with my printer, that I measured manually. Door locking principle was changed. There are two versions of this enclosure: 1) Standard 2) Fully enclosed For the standard version you will NOT need Side left_door panel. For the fully enclosed version you will NOT need Side left_default and Top side_default panels. You will need to move extruder from it standard position to the place as on the images and model. You will need to make this filament holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4817021 and place it as close as possible to the side door to have a sufficient gap between spool and moving platform (!!!max spool width 68 mm!!!). All panels may be cutted from two Plexiglass sheets 1000x500x2.5 mm with gap of 2mm between them. Please see Panels cut layout_v3.dxf I made 0.3 mm deep engraving on the interior side of the panels (optional). For handles you will need 12x3 mm magnets, 1x for standard and 2x for fully enclosed version. Use magnetic M4 screw for the lock. You may also include LED backlight like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4816975 (optional) In case of questions feel free to comment. Your suggestions are always welcome.
