Sapphire Pro E3D V6 mount with BLTouch (newer Pro batches)

<p>Update, I have made a new version with an integrated holder for a bltouch inspired by Humanity_co, if you have already printed out the previous version then you will only need to print out the fan shroud clamp and a small adjustable mount files: Shroud Part 2 BLTouch and BLTouch Holder. Pictures will be published soon but it's tested and works. In order to install it, you need 1 or 2 m3 screws around 5-8mm long. The bltouch offset values are in:<br>X direction 31.2mm to the left of the nozzle and in Y direction 5.6mm towards the front.</p><p>Thanks, Stefan for the original files and time you spent designing the conversion!</p><p>I have fixed a few problems I had with the design.</p><p>Firstly there seem to be different mounting holes depending on when ones PRO was purchased, mine did not fit with the original mounting arrangement which seems to be reversed of the newer ones.</p><p>Secondly after fixing that I hade problems with inconsistent feeding which took me many hours to figure out but for me, the problem was with the cooling of the heatsink it was becoming extremely hot to touch after printing in PLA for a while and was very inconsistent and required high temperatures to work. The original design seems to trap in heat in the heatsink and doesn't let it all cool down and resulting in too high temperature in the heat break, in my redesign I have fixed that problem by allowing more air to reach the heatsink.</p><p>Thirdly this was not really a problem but I moved the holder downwards to decrease the kink in the tubing to ease the flow of filament, this will, of course, decrease the maximum z height a bit so keep that in mind (however we are talking mm).</p><p>The only parts I have modified are the shroud for the e3d hotend mount and consequently the radial fan mount as the original one did not work with the newer sapphire pros. However, the mount for radial fan im not super pleased with, its a temporary solution and possibly a redesign for a bltouch is underway so stayed tuned and if any of you have any problems or possible improvements pls let me know!</p><p>The materials needed are the same as Stefans except for a few screws.</p><p>One thing to note when installing you will have to remove/destroy the existing threading on the carriage as otherwise, you will get double threading which doesn't work well. I tried designing it so the screws came in from the other side but it was way too tight for space so this was the best solution.</p><p>Materials:</p><ul><li>4010 fan for heatsink cooling, I used a Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX (if you decide to use a noctua you need to use a step down-converter as they are only available in 12v or 5v and the system uses 24v)</li><li>5015 radial/blower fan</li><li>2x m3 50mm screws</li><li>2x m3 20-30mm screws</li><li>4x m3 threaded inserts</li><li>and screws for securing the fan</li><li>optional 3x m4 threaded inserts</li><li>e3d V6 hotend</li></ul>
