Sapphire Pro BMG + Volcano Mount and Duct

This is my BMG + Volcano mount and cooling duct. It is a remix of dszgarage's design, I have made the following changes: - Adjusted the pitch of the Linear rail mounting holes on the top half of the carriage to suit the Sapphire Pro. If you have a Sapphire S, you can still use this remix, but print dszgarage's top part, since they are identical other than the bolt holes. - Designed a new bottom half, to suit a Volcano hot end with V6 Heatsink, and new design of cooling duct. It is still fully compatible with dszgarage's belt tensioners. - Added a new separate cooling duct. It is seperate from the bottom part for two reasons: 1) Printability, 2) I may well revise this part multiple times, and I'd rather not print the whole bottom part. I designed the cooling duct for MSLA Resin printing, it prints great on my Mars Pro, but I think it would be quite challenging to print on an FDM printer. I may test that and revise it later. - Added a new cable hub. This allows all cables to be terminated at JST connectors at the end of the cable chain. This makes maintenance and upgrades much easier, since all cables can stay intact in the cable chain. This part also has a slot for a cable tie, this is to hold all cables in place at the end of the cable chain. - Added a spacer for the BLTouch sensor, this is to account for the height difference between a V6 and a Volcano hotend. I have printed all the new parts in Siraya Tech Blu on my Mars Pro, all parts except for the duct could easily be FDM printed though. The parts have been holding up great for a week now, with about 35h of printing without issues. I believe this version should also work on the Sapphire Plus and Sapphire S, although I have only tested on my Sapphire Pro. I'm keen to see any makes!
