Sapphire Plus Volcano Mount

This is used with a volcano hotend and it will mount the volcano higher than most other volcano mounts. The tip of the nozzle will be heigher than the rods on which the bed moves. You can use this mount with v6 or mosquito hotends but you will need to put some nuts with the springs in between bed and bed support to raise the bed. I have printed this mount with both 0.3 and 0.2 layer height with 45% giroid infill (probablly cubi will also work) from PETG an it works fine. Only the main body needs supports the other parts should be printable without suports mostly. For belt fixation you need to use this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4200490 and for belt tensioning u can use this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4246413. It reguires 2 x 30mm m3 nuts and 2 x m3 nuts to screw the hotend with the mount through the main body to the under part used for reinfocement . It also requires 2 x 14mm (or maybe even 16mm) m3 screws with flat head and 2 x m3 nuts to screw the under part used for reinforcement to the other side of the mount. The mount also will require 4x m3 6-8 mm long screws cause being plastic it has to be thicker than the stock metal mount and a short m3 screw and nut to mount the part cooling mount to the heatsink mount which uses a 4010 fan. This thing is still a work in progress and for now I only have a 5015 blower fan mount which eats a bit from the right side of the X axis but will produce other mounts in the future. I have posted this because right now there is no mount that raises the volcano nozzle so high and also because it provides easy access to the upper m10 hotend coupler which is a must if u want to do easy unclogs (this is a big pain on the stock setup). Added bonus is that it's a light mount also. Update 16.02.2021 Added dual 4010 cooling part mount but it only works with volcano hotend because of height clearance issues.
